Job Objective:

To ensure the finance management of SPO centre fund, operations, personal file management, logistics and general service are carried out in a cost effective manner and in accordance with SPO objectives and established procedures.

Main Responsibilities:

Manage the day to day finance, administrative and logistic resources of the SPO Regional Centre.
Under the guidance of Finance & Admin Specialist ensure financial systems and controls are in place within the office.
Processing payables, receivables and review expenditures charged to the grant and administrative budget, ensuring the cost are checked against budget and are in compliance with the agreement.
Administrative and reconciliation of Petty Cash.
Maintain office leases and amendments.
Maintain accessible and organized vendor and personnel files compliant with SPO requirements.
Review Personnel notifications for accuracy, manage documents and records.
Maintain travel arrangements (Car rental, Flights tickets, accommodations, etc), book staff travel, conference and training where required.
Assist with preparation of Annual Budget.
Any other duties assigned by line supervisor
