Act as focal point for all the humanitarian actions going on across the district

Custodian/care taker of all the databases, information, archives of emergency/early recovery project
To provide overall value addition for transparency, efficient and effective implementation of humanitarian assistance actions across the district
Regularly visit project sites, conduct interviews with project team and recommends areas of improvement during project implementation
Plan and conduct monitoring visits to projects and establish effective feedback mechanism, complaint recording and handling mechanisms, grievances settling mechanisms during the execution of project activities
To provide technical input to project teams for developing clear, realistic and achievable work plans
To gather and manage program information effectively, ensuring accurate, easily accessible records maintenance and filing by program team members
Any other assignment as and when required

Other:

Adhere to SPO policies and promote participatory culture and demonstrate SPO’s values
Participate in professional development training as identified and approved by SPO
Carry out any other activities as assigned by the supervisor
