We are looking for English Language Teacher for Preparation Classes(IELTS/TOEFL/PTE/OET/Duolingo/ Cambridge)
Institute of Career Development (ICD)- Lahore campus requires experienced English Language Teacher .
Job Requirements:
- Job requires some experience in English Teaching preferably in IELTS/ TOEFL/ PTE / OET or Cambridge English exams.
- Teacher will be required to tutor Adult/ Professional learners for IELTS/ TOEFL/ PTE/ OET/ Cambridge English exams with prepared lesson plans and register students for the said exams while maintaining record of students.
- Teacher will also be running Cambridge English Teacher Training programs including CELT, TEFL and Professional Certificate programs.
- Fresh graduates or those having no experience can be considered provided they have excellent level of English fluency (C2 level/ IELTS 8 or higher)
Teacher will be given a handsome salary with incentives and facilities. Final salary will be decided after interview.
Skills Required:
- Bachelor Degree in English Language or higher (CELTA / TESOL/ TEFL or equivalent qualification will be preferred).
- Experience of teaching at least one International English Exam like Cambridge ESOL, IELTS, TOEFL or similar. (Candidates who have appeared in any one or more of these exams will be preferred).
- Excellent communication skills. We need ideally C2 level of English on CEFR. We may assess candidate’s proficiency level through an online English Test.
- Must have basic knowledge of IT and can use MS Office without any difficulty.
- Kindly note that it’s a part time position with initially 5 days a week
- Selected teacher will undergo a 3 months’ probation period after which he / she will be confirmed. We require all candidates to sign a contract, and submit original academic transcript with us to join.

- Teachers will be working with the world’s largest assessment body – Cambridge English, University of Cambridge – Authorized Center in Pakistan.
- They can also learn & work with Cambridge English approved trainers and teachers.
- Also they will attend Teacher Trainings held at ICD without any charge and will be able to enroll in Cambridge English Professional Development Certificate programs.
- Selected Teachers may be offered a job as Speaking Examiner at Cambridge English, if qualified.
