1. Manage daily housekeeping of all HO/WH Internal and external areas.
2. To help store staff and arrangements to supply of utilities for new retail outlets and office facilities before operational/opening.
3. Handling all arrangements of Executive meetings/events

5. Handling daily staff and labor lunch arrangements.
6. Reducing under utilization of resources and minimizing waste.
7. Coordinate with differnet vendors regarding payments and receipts.
8. Prepare differnet agreements in Inpage, MS-Office etc.
9. Any other task assigned by the Line Manager.
