We are looking for a customer service representative for my company.
Requirements:
1. 2+ years of experience as a CSR
2. excellent communication skills, have fluency in speaking, reading and writing American English
3. have a customer-centric attitude is to have good communication skills in English and bachelors degree.
1. Be the first point of contact for the customers
2. Take ownership of customers' issues
3. Assisting the customers over the phone call with their issues
4. Properly documenting cases following the pre-defined SOPs
5. Resolve customers' issues after consulting with the relevant teams
6. Regular follow up on open cases
7. Liaison with other teams to effectively resolve the issues
This is for night and evening shifts with a good salary package.
