To process salary cases for newly hired employees as per prescribed procedure, duly filling in prescribed forms for salary.
To check, cross verify and monitor payroll before putting it up to CEO
To receive, handle and resolve salary problems, deductions from salary, salary delays, and all kinds of grievances related to employees’ salary;
To process contracts of employees and to handle resignation, induction and orientation processes
To process and implement increment cases after the appraisal exercise as per prescribed process.
Document financial transactions by entering account information.
Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
Manage General Ledger
Coordination with the bank.
Keep himself and senior management updated about latest Tax related matters.
Generate Sales Tax Invoices
Prepare and manage ledger accounts in Excel
Secures financial information by completing database backups.
Prepare and manage bank reconciliation statements
Preparing statements and other reports.
Prepare Budget and monitor expenses of different departments.
Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing accounting information.
Assist, Coordinate and liaison with Auditors
Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate with business partners (internal & external).
