Assistant Manager Sales & Marketing

Experienced Assistant Manager Sales & Marketing is required to overlook and boost the sales of a landmark multi-story luxury apartment project based in Islamabad, Pakistan under the name of Sukh Chayn Residence. Located in F-10 at the heart of the city. Candidates must be experienced in leading multi-disciplined teams and working with a demanding client. Candidates must have 5-10 years of minimum experience at the aforementioned post, managing sales for multi-story/high rise projects or other relevant projects earlier.

Responsibilities:

Identifies and generates new business; develops and delivers sales presentations.
Develops customer relations including but not limited to sales leads, research, cold calling, qualifying leads, developing leads, and customer service.
Maintains and develops client relations for new and larger established existing customers, assuring all existing customer are contacted regularly to ensure customer satisfaction and develop need-based marketing relations.
Develops sales documentation including but not limited to spreadsheets, correspondence, sales proposals, presentations, and internal paperwork for new customer proposals and presentations.
Develops and implements a sales action plan with objectives and strategies to increase revenue and aggressively acquire new accounts.
Develops an effective sales presentation that is continually tested and used in the field.
Develops and implements a plan for closing business and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
Seeks/creates opportunities to expand business with current clients; identifies further business needs and develops and presents solutions.
Grows existing accounts to full potential and generates maximum revenue on a long-term basis.
Develops, implements, and maintains procedures that enhance the efficiency of the business development team.
Attends conventions, conferences, and trade shows as needed; prepares post-event reports and analysis.

Requirements:

MBA/BBA in Marketing.

· Proven experience as an Assistant Manager Sales or relevant role

· Proficiency in English

· Excellent knowledge of MS Office

· Fast learner and passion for sales

THE VISION OF 8 You know the classic story of how people with a vision get together to do something extra-ordinary? September 2004, THE DREAM The SUKH CHAYN Visionaries sought to introduce ‘the concept of high quality living standards based on top of the line engineering & technology at an affordable costing with a 100% transparent system’ to become one of the leading housing societies in Pakistan. November 2004, THE COMMITMENT It was not long after the origination of that vision that these visionaries took the bold step and came in possession of the land, 2132 Kanals to be exact, that set the foundation for SUKH CHAYN Gardens. They paid for & obtained the entire land etching themselves as the first housing estate in Pakistan to have a clear land title before even going public. December 2004, THE RECORD BREAKING MOU For the development of the housing infrastructure, these visionaries signed on with the CSCEC (China State Construction Engineering Corporation) who would go on to set the record of completing this housing estate in the record breaking period of less than a year & a half. April 2005, THE FOUNDATION STONE SUKH CHAYN GARDENS is the only housing estate in Pakistan that was designed and developed in collaboration with Peoples Republic of China. Hence, rightfully so, the unveiling of the foundation stone took place in April the following year that was graciously officiated by the, then Prime Ministers of Pakistan & China. December 2006, COMPLETION OF INFRASTRUCTURE By the end of 2006, Sukh Chayn Gardens was complete in all aspects. Comprising of all utilities like Roads, Parks, Landscaping, sewage, gas, storm drainage, fiber optics system & much more, SCG slogan was “BUY TODAY, BUILD TODAY”, that encompassed the ideology that take ownership of your land right then and there and start your lives in SCG today. A lot of thought and investment went into the landscaping of SCG. Fully grown trees of various species, at least 15 years old, were imported from Thailand with the ideal to improve the ambience & air quality of the community which is probably one of these many factors that played in to the purchase of residential plots. All of the residential plots were sold off in a mere time period of just 2 years – a testament to the fact that SCG delivered the ideal community living space in Lahore.
