Sumico Technologies Pvt Limited requires the employment of Female service Co-ordinator, following criteria must be fulfilled;

a. Engineering Degree with minimum CGPA

b. Experienced professionals will be preferred.

c. Hands on experience of MS Office.

d. Strong Communication skills.JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for liaising with: o Accounts o Clients o Technical team o Technical store Making Techninal Proposals, Liasoning with clients, Visiting Clients (Seldom), monthly services execution plans in consultation with Manager Execution Execution of services plan through technical team on monthly basis Make sure timely submission of technical reports to customers Responsible of making order sheets against services and submission in accounts Conducting technical review meetings on monthly basis Maintaining records for: o Monthly services execution o Services team utilization o Inspection tools mobilization o Proposal records o Prospecting records o Invoice records o TA DA records o Technical reports record Making technical proposals for services, sending it to customers and then it’s follow up Candidate should hold BSc Engineering degree and should have excellent command on Microsoft Packages (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook…). Should have excellent communication skills and capable of communicating in English/Urdu. Technical training for all services disciplines will be provided for above mentioned job description.
