Manager Finance / Accounts

Supertouch Pakistan is a wholly owned subsidiary of Supertouch UK that specializes in the sale and manufacture of hand protection, workwear, PPE and disposable safety products within the UK and European market. Definition & Scope

Prepares monthly management accounts to allow the organization to make well-informed decisions for future stability, profitability, and growth.
Maintain and implement financial policies and ERP systems on day to day basis. . They will also be responsible for the supervision and go-to person for colleagues in finance on product costing, supplier invoices, payments, customer invoices, and cash collections.
The Finance & Accounts Manager is an integral part of the accounts and finance function with exposure to directors and senior management.
The overall aim of a Finance & Accounts Manager is to improve value in all areas of the business by managing and reducing operational and production costs.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and process supplier payment recommendations twice a month·
Reconcile supplier, customer, and control accounts on a monthly basis·
Month end accounting, booking journals/accruals/prepayments/balance sheet reconciliations·
Prepare management accounts for internal and external use·
Involvement with annual statutory accounts and audit process, support Year End Financial Audit·
Reconcile actual spending with a budget and report variance analysis·
Calculation, presentation, and statutory reporting (GST, Withholding tax)·
Management of standard product costing· Recommend methods and strategies for cutting cost· Advise management on financial decisions
Assist with annual budgeting and quarterly/periodic forecasting.

Qualifications and Experience:

Qualified ICMA/ICAP/CIMA/ACCA with minimum bachelor’s degree in finance or accounts.
Knowledge of accounting terms and concepts, Understanding of financial regulations and legislation, Analytical skills, Critical thinking skills, Organisational skills, Strong attention to detail·
Employment history with the "Garments Industry" would only be preferred.
A minimum of 05 years of professional managerial experience is required.
Working Experience of the "Garments Industry" will be a plus.
After successful completion of the 3 months probation period, the candidate will be required 2 years of employment with Supertouch.
