Team Lead Salesforce Developer

Supply Source is an emerging offshore software development company, is looking for certified Salesforce Developer with valid certification(s), to lead its team for Salesfoce development for overseas Customer(s). On Contractual/Permanent basis, Job requires leading/guiding/instructing a team of sales force developers to carry out tasks of developing custom reports as per requirement of customer. Candidate should possess the following abilities:

Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications and presentation skills.
Comfort working easily with a team.
Develop custom APEX classes, triggers, and Visual Force pages, eapplying design patterns to control code execution, avoid runtime limits, and remain bulk-safe.
Able to create Custom Dashboards/reports in Salesforce
Create and adhere to standard coding practices, keeping custom code organized, readable, maintainable, and documented.
Lead/guide/instruct technical work of others.
Provide, design, implement, and communicate best practices.
Lead and mentor other SFDC developers
Salary to commensurate with Experience and Qualification
