- Responding to client’s queries via different communicating modes;
- Establishing and maintaining good relationships with existing & potential clients;
- Responsible for the day to day communication with the clients;
- Promote and provide different services to interested clients;
- Account management for the clients;
- Providing information to the management by conducting thorough competitor research and analysis in order to gain competitive edge;
- Liaising internally with different departments;
- Demonstrate outstanding analytical ability to work in various domain to promote growth;
