Coordinate service calls with clients on emails and phone calls.
To provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director of Service Delivery and where necessary provide an interface between staff and management to facilitate good and productive working relationships, acting with appropriate discretion when dealing with sensitive and difficult issues.
Regular update on activities to all the stake holders.
Follow instructions from the Service Deliver Manager.
Be available for office hours and out of office hours assistance on phones and emails.
Ensure service delivery as per customer expectations through the service partners based globally.
Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing.
Collating daily shift report actions for distribution to relevant team members for action.
Management of company policies and procedures, ensuring they are regularly reviewed and updated by the appropriate owners and accessible to staff in a timely manner.
Ensure the internal communications system is up-to-date and accurate and agency and partner details are kept up-to-date.
Ensuring completion of all tasks assigned and reporting everything to the relevant clients and partners.
Profound knowledge of Microsoft office and its tools is mandatory.
Ensure the services are delivered as well as it possibly can, with a smooth efficient service that meets the expectations and needs of customers and clients.
Ensure all deliverables are achieved unless agreed otherwise.
Sound knowledge of MS Office tools.
Bachelor in Business Administration or MBA.
1-2years work experience of project coordination.
Command on internet usage and world map.
Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written.
Project Management Experience.
Having background of IT specifically hardware CISCO, Microsoft would be a plus.
Ability to make bigger picture of the projects while focusing on minute details.
Ability to use Messaging Apps.
