- Posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
- Update accounts receivable and issue invoices.
- Update accounts receivable, accounts payable and perform reconciliations.
- Prepare accounts receivable and accounts payable aging report.
- Follow-up on receipts of due invoices from client.
- Coordinate and respond to clients and contractors to solve their queries.
- Act as a single point of contact to all the clients, vendors, and contractors.
- Perform daily bank reconciliation settlements.
- Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal, company accounting, and financial guidelines.
- Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned
- Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed.
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports.
- Assist accounts Lead in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings.
- Assist with other accounting projects.
- Assist with tax audits and tax returns.
- Support internal and external audits to ensure compliance.
- Manage all accounting operations based on accounting principles.
- Prepare budget and financial forecasts.
- Prepare periodic reports as and when required by management.
- Prepare budgets and monitor expenditures.
- Any other task assigned by Manager Finance.
