SWI Consultants requires Experienced Inbound Customer Services Representatives & Outbound Telemarketing Representative with Fluent English Conversational skills. At least One Year Experience of Any Call Center.

• On a daily basis, the agent will be making outbound calls to achieve assigned tasks.
• Daily follow up of outstanding requests from customers.
• Follow communication scripts when handling different customer concerns.
• Obtain client information by making telephone calls, interviewing clients and verifying information.
• Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines.
• Keep record of all conversations in the database in a comprehensible way.
• 1 to 2 years’ Call Center Experience
