Job Description

Perform day to day HR operations such as issuing of different HR letters , probation completion formalities etc.
Conduct complete cycle.
Assist in coordination with US and KSA employees.
Handling employees documentation of US and KSA employees.
Handle employee documentation in hard form.
Maintain employee files record.
Forward payroll related queries to department.
Overtime verification and proccessing.
Managing attendance record.
Maintain applicant tracking system.
Assist in HR reporting.
Assist in conducting training sessions.
Conduct new employees orientation sessions.

Requirements:

Must have at least 1 year of experience in HR.
Bachelors degree in business administration or similar field.
Excellent communication & presentation skills.
Flexibile in working hours.
Team player, self motivated and hard worker.
