Conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities
Responsible for plan, implement and manage the Talent Acquisition.
Coordination with different Universities for Talent Hunt Programs / Campus Drive / Recruitment Drive.
Assist in Recruiting and Interviewing potential applicants on experience, skills, and education.
Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee
Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360° evaluations)
Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
Create and run referral bonus programs
Maintaining HR records, such as those related to compensation, health and medical insurance
Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management
Preparing and processing timely distribution of salary, bonus, increment salary slip, leave encasement and full and final settlements
Recording, maintaining and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality
Plan for Employee Engagement activities.
