Switch Solutions is looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele/products portfolio.

  • He/she will be the front of the company and should have the dedication to create and apply an effective business development strategy to bring in more business to the company in regards to Value Added Services.
  •  Drive sustainable financial growth through boosting business growth via new products and ensure strong relationships with clients.
  • Research and Development, gather useful information from customer, competitor and other secondary data to identify new business opportunities
  • Writing business proposals and presentations for the new products
  • Deliver presentations to clients and internal executives
  • Networking and ensure maximum presence in the Telecom operators, hence required to spend a large amount of time visiting clients and attending networking events. 
  • Providing management with feedback on a regular basis
  • This role revolves around establishing a ground for new products and so whatever business BDM works in he/she must exhibit best communication, presentation, sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Skills Required:

  •  It can be stressful trying to develop business opportunities – you are dealing with external and internal challenges some of which can end up out of your control.
  • So the resource should display good hold on handling pressures at work.
  • Personal qualities like communication and sales skills count for more than formal qualifications in this job.
  • Resource needs to be bursting with self-confidence, should love networking and enjoy giving presentations and public speaking.

Experience Required:

  •  Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role in Telecom will be preferred
  •  Resource should have good contacts/social ties in Telecom (Pakistan)

Qualification Required:

  • Minimum Bachelor, Higher education in Business Administration will be preferred
  • Graduates from IBA, LUMS, NUST will be given preference.
