Strong QA background in VAS, Integrations and Applications (Web/Mobile)

Interpret and comply with Switch Solution QA Standards
Plan, execute and inspect testing of incoming and outgoing service calls to confirm quality of deliverables
Experience in managing multiple teams/stakeholders at a time
Support Developers, Operations and Business teams in tracking, documenting and reporting of testing results
Develop new standards, design and testing protocols for all service lines
Basic understanding of QA requirements, terminology and tools
Identification of root cause and corrective actions
Monitor risk-management procedures, maintain and analyse problem logs to identify and report recurring issues to management and product development
Documentation of QA activities, reports and audits
Provide training and support to QA team on services, systems, policies, procedures and core processes
Professional certification, such as Six Sigma, Quality Engineer, or Quality Auditor
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and how QA functions within it
Soft skills (communication, ability to work in team, focus on Customer Service and delivery, take ownership, problem-solving, time management, multitasking)
Employee should expect to work on weekends and after office hour due to operational requirements
