Looking for SOLUTIONS ARCHITECT (Islamabad)

Up to 6+ years of hands on experience in application development

Managing the delivery of multiple complex simultaneous system development projects from design through to Release
Capable of understanding and contributing to the technical solution from design through to code level
Provide regular and effective progress updates to and work closely CXO layer to ensure the management of any delivery risks or issues
Define delivery phases of the project including activities, sub-activities, and milestones ensuring these are documented and used as the basis for the project event log, issues and risk log and any subsequent reporting
Participate in reviews and meetings and provide updates on project progress
Take responsibility for ensuring that risks and issues are identified and managed closely and drive all stakeholders to deliver on time and to the required quality standards
Work closely with relevant teams internally to ensure alignment and coordination across operations as part of the seamless implementation of existing and new systems
Supporting project resource scheduling and department capacity planning
Ownership, development and management of allocated departmental processes
Experience in a variety of software development approaches and methodologies including Agile and Waterfall
Experience in both architecture and implementation-level software design
Experience in requirements capture, analysis techniques and process improvement approaches
Able to influence and drive projects to meet key milestones and overcome challenges

Strong facilitation and coaching skills

Strong knowledge of programming fundamentals and extensive hands-on experience in development.
Experience in the development of software using PHP, NodeJS and SQL Server technologies
Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals and system administration.
Strong knowledge of system design principles and understanding of practical use cases/ case studies.
Strong knowledge of database management systems both relational and non-relational with hands on experience in indexing, clustering, sharding and partitioning.
Extensive understanding and experience in systems integrations and optimizations.
Extensive understanding and experience of MIS including but not limited to Identity Management i.e OAuth/SSO, partner onboarding systems, multi-channel marketing systems.
Working knowledge of cloud technologies like AWS, Azure, GCP.
Working knowledge of Queuing systems, Notification Services, Worker Management Systems, Storage design (Hot/Cold).
Working knowledge of system and network security and implementation of security controls.
Preference will be given to people with working knowledge of the telecom stack i.e SMSC/ SBC/ Prepaid/Postpaid Billing.
Working knowledge of analytics systems i.e Firebase, Crashalytics, APM, RUM solutions.
