Job Role:

Develop and Analyze VAS reports to Switch and client management within SLA time.
Efficient correspondence with internal and external stakeholders.
Managing customer experience of current portfolio and meeting client expectations.
Business case development and evaluation.
Brainstorming and initiatives of new Products from idea to launch of the product.
VAS existing products usability testing and rectifications by close coordination with internal and client technology teams
Ensure VAS service subscribers and revenue uptake by introducing innovative ideas and control product performance leakages

Skills/Expertise Required:

Telecom VAS experience will be preferred
Should know about telecom VAS prevailing services in Pakistan
Should be good with audit and quality assurance
Should be good with Analytics and numbers crunching
Advance level proficiency on MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Having a track record of deployed and successful innovative ideas will be preferred
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

Qualification

Minimum Bachelors degree in business, Masters will be preferred
Any relevant certifications wrt Customer Experience Management, Innovation, VAS Technology, Analytics (Optional but preferred)
