We are looking an IT Support Specialist / Help Desk Agent to provide support. We need someone to offer support to our team members in office and remotely in our US office.
Support will include MS Office Suite, RDP in Windows Server, Windows 10, AWS settings (VPN, security groups) PBX system and basic MS Windows troubleshooting.
Your roles will be to Respond and investigate end-user inquiries, concerns, and issues via phone calls, email, but mostly through Microspft Teams messaging in a timely and courteous manner.Qualifications: Windows Server/10, Sonic Wall, some Linux knowledge
Examples of task: To troubleshoot ramdon staff problems that they face with Outlook/Windows bugs, Restart a VPN tunnel into a SonicWALL, Windows folders permissions issues.
Overall; it's about making sure the systems are running smoothly for users and patience for less knowledgeable users when troubleshooting.
