Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a social media strategy to increase brand visibility, generate leads, and drive conversions.
Create engaging and visually appealing vertical video content optimized for various social media platforms (Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook shorts).
Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and engage with our audience to foster a sense of community and drive brand loyalty.
Analyze social media analytics and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize strategies.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to ensure our brand remains relevant and competitive.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media campaigns with overall marketing objectives.
Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets to maximize reach and ROI.

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns and vertical video content.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
Expertise in creating captivating vertical video content, with proficiency in video editing tools/software.
Solid knowledge of social media analytics and tracking tools to measure and report on campaign performance.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and concise copy.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
