Business Development Manager

System Plus is looking for a business development manager to help generate business leads for the company. You will be working in the department of software engineering and will generate leads for custom software development & App development projects.

You must have:

3-4 years of prior experience of working with a renowned software development firm.
Experience of new business acquisition of large enterprises and multi-nationals, international experience would be a bonus.
Expertise and demonstrable experience of moving leads through the marketing funnel and techniques to optimize conversion
Should have knowledge of getting business email data and running cold email campaigns.
Should have knowledge of online platforms to generate leads and drive traffic to the company website.
Excellent written and communication skills.
Excellent attention to details.

Responsibilities:

Create, develop and deliver marketing campaigns - Direct mail, email, social media, etc.
Analyse previous campaigns to ensure they are achieving positive results and engagement.
Write and manage content for the company’s website and other online platforms.
Lead the digital acquisition programme, individual campaigns and project requirements ensuring continual improvement in terms of brand, message, process, communication effectiveness and cost.
