The company was launched by experienced and visionary IT professionals with more than 8 years of industry experience in the fraternity of software development. We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Business Development Manager with former experience of Bidding & Lead Generation on platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, People Per Hour, Guru, Freelancer, etc.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
- Manage online platforms i.e. LinkedIn, Fiverr, Upwork, Freelancer, Guru & PPH.
- Approach new businesses, offer them suitable business solutions as per company’s policy to take them on board as partners.
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
- Keep and review records of sales, revenue, invoices etc. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
Requirements:
- Experience with handling international clients related to IT services and products.
- Candidates must have at least basic knowledge about software development frameworks and trending technologies in the market.
- Bidding Expert & Sound knowledge of IT and web/application development.
- Experience in leads generation on different online channels i.e. Upwork, LinkedIn, social media, authentic online portals, etc. that result in new projects/sales.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/SE, business, marketing or related field.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Experience at least 02 Years.
