Assess, design and implement identity and access management strategies, architectures and technology solutions
Maintaining and checking the health of Active Directory domains
Active Directory User and Group management
Troubleshooting Active Directory issues
Active Directory Identity and Access management
Define technical and business requirements for identity and access management solutions
Define business processes, policies, and standards related to controlling access to systems and applications
Apply experience to design and implement solutions in the areas of automated provisioning, identity governance, role management, federation, and single sign-on
DNS domain changes(record creation/modification)
Azure Active Directory Identity and Access management
Monitoring of Active Directory and Azure resources
Plan identity and access management projects and develop work programs, timelines, and other planning documents
Hands on skill set on Azure Active Directory Identity and Access management
Able to Monitoring of Active Directory and Azure resources
Handle operational requirements and smoothness of Azure AD MFA/SS0
Handling of IAM Operations tickets
Cyber ARK PAS domain onboarding
Mentor technology and business level team members on IAM concepts and solutions
Advise senior level management on IAM-related risks and security posture
Monitor and right-size/scale cloud infrastructure components to balance cost/performance
Monitor and alert for disruptions in IAM operational infrastructure

Qualified Candidate will have the following:

Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related major
5+ years of Identity and Access Management experience
10+ years of Information Technology experience, many with a focus on information security
Technical architecture experience integrating identity and access management solutions
A strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance issues related to identity and access management
Experience implementing solutions dependent upon or related to the following areas
Security Assertion Markup Language
OpenID Connect
User provisioning workflows and automation
Attribute Based Access Control
Identity Governance / Entitlement review and certification
Single Sign-on and Multi-Factor Authentication
Multilateral Identity Federation Integration Techniques
Privileged Access Management
Network Access Control
Proven ability to work business requirements into solutions that map to technology capabilities
Strong identity and access management knowledge across a variety of vendor solutions
Experience with open-source technologies is preferred:
Sound understanding of various security technologies
Experience with at least one of the following development environments/languages: J2EE, Java, JavaScript, PHP, PERL, .NET, node.js, Python or C#
Systems administration experience in a 24x7x365 production environment
Demonstrate ability and experience in working with vendors and service providers
Excellent communication (written, verbal and presentation) skills, and advanced problem-solving orientation and decision-making skills. Proven ability to develop, present and justify positions to all levels within the company
