Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior React Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing complex web applications using React.js, and possess a strong desire to lead and mentor other developers in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

Lead the development of web applications using React.js and related technologies
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create visually appealing and intuitive interfaces
Write high-quality, maintainable, and testable code using best practices
Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers
Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality
Contribute to the technical direction and strategy of the development team
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in web development
Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment

Requirements:

Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
Extensive experience with React.js and its ecosystem (Redux, React Router, etc.)
Expertise in web development tools such as Git, Webpack, and NPM
Knowledge of software development principles and design patterns
Experience leading and mentoring other developers
Understanding of RESTful APIs and experience integrating with them
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skill
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in developing complex web applications using React.js
Proven ability to write high-quality, maintainable, and testable code
Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in React.js development
Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies
Experience with server-side rendering and/or GraphQL is a plus
Passion for learning and staying up-to-date with emerging technologies in web development
