The main job responsibilities are as follows:-
- Manage Lab equipment and software (Installation & Maintenance)
- Preparation of Lab Status Report on daily basis.
- Responsible for cleanliness of the lab equipment and ensure safety, proper working conditions for the lab users and proper maintenance of the computers.
- Resolve Hardware/Software technical issues during lab sessions.
- Reset student active directory passwords and add printing quotas.
- Assist in preparation of Lab for Online Admission Test (Installation & Test Run)
- Install Software/VMS on student laptops.
- Setup, test/mock sessions and manage the required equipment for Campus Events (Seminars, Video Conferences etc.)
- Tagging of the IT Equipment (Numbering of electronic devices & keeping the record)
- Resolve technical issues of computer system for faculty, staff & library.
