Marketing:

Assisting in agency coordination for media releases.
Assisting in Media/Press Coverage for important events and activities with significant news value and maintaining active liaison with the Press.
Maintaining an up-to-date archive of all photographs covering various SZABIST events.
Write ups / Proof reading;
SZABIST brochures, pamphlets, and copy writing for promotional material
SZABIST publications
All other writing assignments, such as letters, memos, etc.
Media monitoring of newspapers.
Assisting in brand management and development activities.
Assisting in taking measures for marketing intelligence, and carrying out competitive analysis with competitors.
Promoting and analyzing SZABIST on social media, managing marketing page on facebook, developing and managing SZABIST page on twitter.
Assisting in planning and managing events for SZABIST.
Internal events (Convocations, Orientations, Alumni Reunions), External events (Brand activation / managing in Student Expos, Seminars), Department Specific Events (IRC, NRC , Job Fairs, Corporate Finesse), Other events (Speaker Sessions, Workshops)
Communicating effectively with sponsors to establish goodwill.
Monitoring and managing on campus/event shoots, brand activations, etc.
Visiting vendors/service providers for SZABIST.
Participating in university advancement activities i.e. orientation, convocation, conferences etc.

Admissions:

Provides admission related information to students and parents.
Receives Continuation and Transfer Forms from the students, gets clearance from Program Coordinator and VP Academics and forwards to the records office.
Prepares admission letters of the successful candidates and prepares orientation kits for them.
Provides support in filing and maintaining data
Helps in designing and developing all promotional material.
Assists manager admissions in programme’s promotion and advertizing activities
Assists in participation of education fairs and education expos for promotion of our programs.
