· Organize safety awareness programs / sessions for company employees at all levels under directions of Manager.

· Proper record keeping of all PPEs received and issued to Departments.

· Conduct periodic fire- fighting training sessions/ use of fire extinguishers, deliver fire- fighting training to selected persons to form a fully combat fire-fighting team.

· Conduct periodic Fire Fighting practice drills.

· Conduct first-aid training sessions, impart first-aid training, develop a team of trained first-aiders.

· Ensure availability of First Aid Boxes at designated places with an updated inventory list.

· Maintain the consumption record of all medicines and First Aid Box items.

· Facilitate in the implementation of safety policies and ensure safety implementation at all levels through shift supervisors.

· Ensure that any / all incidents / accidents must be reported, properly investigated and documented.

· All safety training records must be documented and available for inspection.

· Prepare shift rotation plan and manage the daily routine of HSE Supervisors.
