Responsible to liaison with banks for opening of LC and other import related documents.
Establish relationship with shipping lines and freight forwarding agencies to obtain competitive, fast, and secure services.
Negotiate with clearance agents for fast custom clearance procedure and to fulfill other legal obligations.
Maintain close liaison with company’s warehouses to plan unload the consignments as and where suitable.
Update the system (We are using ODOO) by posting new purchases and keeping stock position up to date.
Carry out regular supplier and under reconciliations to keep stock up to date.
Create & maintain cash flow requirements to ensure timely payments to suppliers and other venders.
