To execute all the interior/exterior finishing work at site as per the approved plan, complying with all the cost & quality parameters.
Supervise & co-coordinate the activities of team who construct, renovate and maintain structures of wood and other materials and build and install interior/exterior finishing in buildings.
Ensure good finishing and quality for all civil & interior fit-out and all relevant technical information is available to the construction team at a zero defect level
Ensure that projects are completed within planned cost and time
Identify any potential problem at the site and work to prevent it.
Ensure the smooth day to day operation of work activities at the construction site
Maintain good relationship with team, contractors, and suppliers
Ensure that any change in project plan is executed by contractors
Motivate all the participants in the project
Prepare reports, evaluations, estimates, etc.
Keep accurate records of material and labor costs incurred in the construction process
