• Preparation of quotations
  • Reconciliation of customer ledgers
  • Trace customer payments & report to accounts
  • Merge customer orders according to given formats
  • Coordinate with sales and production, and accounts
  • Handle the processing and delivery of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Coordinate with customers regarding unforeseen delays, problems, complains and feedback to provide excellent level of customer service
  • Visit customers when required
  • Coordinate with logistics contractors, loaders, stores and other concern departments
  • Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, quarter and annual reports
  • Others as specified by company from time to time
  • Maintaining client records.
  • Facilitate cold and warm calls to prospective leads; schedule and follow through on calls with leads and current customers
  • Answer all lead and customer questions accurately; prioritize and/or escalate lead and customer questions as needed
  • Perform cost-benefit analysis for prospective customers and advise on appropriate purchase options
  • Promote specific products as directed by upper management
  • Maintain positive business and customer relationships in the effort to extend the customer lifetime value
  • Track all appointments, sales, complaints, status reports, etc. thoroughly for manager review
  • Self-improve continuously by way of experience and manager feedback
  • Client account management and responsible of timely revenue recoveries.
  • Record all sales, appointment and complaints data and prepare sales, sales order status and other relevant reports for management review
  • Prepare PJP’s with senior management and Coordinate with entire sales team and manage their PJP’s
  • Recording daily Secondary sales.
  • Maintain closing reports of distributors

Job Specifications:

  • Proven working experience as a business development officer, sales executive or a relevant role
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Market knowledge
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Time management and planning skills
  • BSc/BBA in business administration, sales or relevant field
  • Must have 1/2 years experience in relevant field
