SNETMAC (Private) Limited [TAJMAC Network Company] is looking to hire a IT Hardware Technician on Full-Time basis.

Below are the core-responsibilities.

Provide overall technical support On-Site & Off-Site to the end-customer and internally to organization.
Diagnosing and troubleshooting computer, laptops & servers etc.
Maintaining hardware and software by conducting regular maintenance and updates.
Identifying and resolving network, connectivity, and server issues.
Upgrading firmware, software, and outdated hardware systems.
Provide technical assistance for server, network, CCTV etc.
Performing regular tests, upgrades, and backups.
Preparing technical documents, such as error and maintenance reports.
Install and perform repairs to hardware. Look after end-customer warranty claims.
Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cable, operating systems, and appropriate software.
