  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain records of all customers related documents as per company policy
  • Play an effective role in achieving sales and cultivating relationships with customers
  • Prepare & follow monthly visit plans for regular interaction with customers
  • Timely resolution of customers disputes
  • Prepare and submit monthly sales forecasts on a timely basis
  • Successfully increase sales from new and existing customer accounts.
  • Answering potential customers questions and sending additional information
  • Keeping up with product and service information and updates
  • Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers
  • Strong telephone presence with an ability to engage prospects & clients on calls.

An ideal candidate should have:

  • 1-2 years of experience in real estate industry
  • Should be graduate preferably bachelors
  • Must be confident and energetic
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to negotiate.
  • Self-motivated and goal oriented individual with a desire to deliver result

Market competitive salary and attractive commissions will be offered to selected candidates.
