We’re looking for a skilled developer to work on the layout and functionality updates on Shopify e-commerce sites.
While working with us you will have a graphic designer and technical project manager, that will also QA and Test.
We’re looking for a resourceful Shopify Developer with full-stack experience.
Knowledgeable on the backend with technologies like PHP, MySQL, API & Plugin Integrations etc and extremely competent with front-end responsive technologies like Javascript, JQuery, HTML5/CSS3.
You will be working on full projects i.e converting PSDs to high-end responsive Shopify websites.
Primary responsibility will be the coding process on client projects and conversion of PSD files to custom Shopify themes and Landing Pages.
Modify existing shopify themes with custom plugins.
Place the content in creative layouts i.e. columns, toggles, tabs, etc.
Must have very strong written and verbal communication skills (English).
Skills required include: In-depth knowledge of Shopify, HTML5/CSS3, Liquid, Jquery, Ajax, cross-browser compatibility, SEO semantic code, w3c standards, WCAG AA. Other skills needed: Photoshop, advanced code editors.
Will need to communicate rapidly and effectively with all parties involved in projects.
Will be expected to meet or exceed project deadlines for development.
Keep track of all details on project status and the next steps. Be able to report that information on a daily basis through the Project Management tool.
Familiarity with web Optimization, SEO techniques
