We are hiring 5 Customer Support Agents with excellent English writing and ability to read and understand. The job does not involve phone calls and only includes customer handling via email and chat. All communication with customers is required in perfect English.You will be required to login to provided systems and answer customer issues. Training about product will be provided but you need to be good at grammar, punctuation and should know all basic rules of English language.The job timings will be anytime from 5am till 12am and each shift will be 8 hours, 6 days a week.First 2 months will be probationary period to evaluate your performance. Salary offered during probation will be Rs. 20,000. It will then be increased depending on the performance. This is a long term permanent position for the right candidates.
