To check all documents related to stores payables and handover to finance officer for its payments.
Store inventory purchases and consumption (regular or capitalized) posting, control on store and other creditors balance.
Reconciliation of financial system inventory record with stores inventory module.
To prepare sales tax debit/credit notes and get it check from sales tax department.
To prepare journal vouchers related to expenses, salaries & wages and other payables.
Monthly stores movement report, parties balances outstanding report and different reports required by management from time to time.
To control purchases against advances given to suppliers.
To get suppliers tax status from FBR portal and attach it with purchase documents.
Reconciliation of sales tax amount in sales tax returns and accounts record with liaison to sales tax officer.
Any other assignment required by management from time to time.
