Daily Attendance (takes print out and confirm the reasons for absent employees from their respective departments) & maintain file for daily attendance report.

  • Follow-up of Pending Application / Outdoors / Time IN/OUT adjustment.
  •  Memo Circulation & Holiday announcements and other HR related announcement.
  • Maintaining & updating Company’s profile on Social Media
  • Maintain personal file of all employees (H/O).
  • Maintaining other important files.
  • Tagging files of HR department.
  • Ensuring Compliance of HR policies i.e.
  • Dress code
  • Leaves Deductions
  • Deduction on Exceeding grace time 8. Updating HR policies
  • Managing Recruitment & Selection process.(Giving ad, shortlisting CVs, and Schedule interviews from shortlisted CVs, collecting and filing required documents / personal information from shortlisted / selected candidate, sign contract agreement and issuing Appointment letter to him / her.) & other research work for specific given task.
  • Issue Confirmation letter.
  •  Email / Circulate new Specimen Signature & Picture ( Employee Introduction )
  • Training & Development (through different institutes) of DM & Above level positions as per management approval.
  •  Process final Settlement of resigned employee
  • Conduction Exit Interview and signing clearance documents from departing employee.
  • Managing and making addition or changes as per management instruction or as per requirement in Payroll software.
  • Making changes in Payroll configuration parameters including Approver Hierarchy
  • Process Loan application & Entering in payroll Software
  • Organizing Company’s Events · Employee’s Birthday · Company’s official trips ·
  • Annual function
  • Process application for advance salaries & entering in payroll
  • Preparation of Attendance Reward
  • Salary Preparation
  • Updating existing JD on quarterly basis / making new JD as per requirement with the coordination of relevant department Head.
  •  Preparation of · Leave Encashment · Increments · Bonus & Allowances
  • Assist CEO / Manager HR in day to day activities.
  • Any other work assigned by CEO / Manager HR

JOB REQUIREMENTS;

  • Minimum3 to 5 years of experience.
  • Must have degree in the relevant field e.g: MBA/BBA-hons in Human Resource Management from a reputable institute.
  • In-depth knowledge of Labor Law and HR best practices.
  • Knowledge og HR systems and databases.
