Is responsible for the establishment of quality management system as per instruction of the top management.
Is responsible for maintaining & retaining the all records which prove implementation.
Make sure by continually monitoring, is a quality management system is effetely implement as required and report to top management.
Provide help to the Main Store & Sub Stores (Maintenance Stores) for the establishment of inventory management (5S, Safe Stock, Preserved etc) as per instruction of top management.
Trouble shot the problem if there any and report to top management.
Is responsible for effective implementation of inventory management.
Is responsible for time to time check the stock of inventory.
In case of any deviation report to top management.
Investigate and report the deviation
Responsible for to check either the maintenance is performed as per schedule and report it.
Is responsible for calibration of all monitoring & measurement devices/equipment.
To manage the internal audit program and to report results at the management review meeting.
Follow up on corrective actions.
Schedule & Conduct The internal audit.
Interaction with outside agencies and registrars in all aspects of quality system.
Coordination between sale, production, quality, maintenance, purchase/store & all departments.
Preparation & intimation of an agenda for the management review meetings.
Follow and implement the any instruction from the top management.
Work to improve the system
