1 Ensure maintenance and service ability of exchange and PTCL lines.
2 Operate Telephone Exchange i.e. to receive, transfer and connect calls as and when required.
3 Maintain Telephone Directory and other important contact numbers.
4 Keep record of incoming and outgoing calls.
5 Keep record of incoming and outgoing mails/Fax.
6 Welcome and Provide guidance to visitors.
7 Monitor front desk activities.
8 Maintain the proper record of the following:
i. Daily Shift wise Production Report of Mill
ii. Daily visitor Report of Mill
iii. Daily Generation Report ( Power House) of Mill
iv. LESCO Meter, Printer and photocopy reading
v. Telephone Directory in soft and hard form
9 Maintain good discipline at reception.
10 Any other work assigned by Management/Manager.
11 Maintain strict record of incoming/outgoing postal mail/packages
