TapmadTV is offering a full-time position as a Project Coordinator having knowledge of agile project management and methodologies.

Knowledge / Skills required:

Coordinate project management activities, resources, project timelines and information
Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes
Work closely with stakeholders to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
Analyse risks and opportunities
Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
Use Project Management tools such as Jira to monitor working hours, plans and manage sprints
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
Schedule and conduct Sprint planning, review, daily stand-ups, and Retrospective meetings
Excellent presentation and communication skills and ability to speak to senior level management
Knowledge of the entire SDLC process is required and Agile methodologies
Critical thinking and multi-tasking skills are a must
Must be proficient in English for reading/writing and conversation
Expert knowledge of Jira
Experience in a fast-paced Agile environment
Ability to be self-driven and execute projects with minimal management oversight

Education (Minimum): Bachelor’s in computer science from a reputed university.
