Establishes specification of raw material, intermediate stage products and final product.
Establishing and implement raw material, acceptance / rejection criteria, intermediate product control parameters, final product control parameter and ensure to comply with the requirements of the customers.
Review defects, wastage and savage reports and ensure control disposal of non-confirming material in accordance with established procedures.
Arrange investigation of customer’s complaint, reviews Corrective Action, places emphasis to prevent recurrence.

Position Specifications:

Experience of glass production or quality control including laboratory experience. Good knowledge of glass product quality standard.
