  • Collect the information and complete set of documents from the sales team of corporate clients as well as from branches.
  • Gather the information and complete a set of documents from branches of registered dealers.
  • Finalization and preparation of a summary of sales for corporate and registered dealers and commission sales.
  • Prepare the supplies registered with the help of data uploaded on the FBR Sales Tax portal.
  • Maintaining province-related data and preparing records (SRB, PRA, ICT, KPK, & BRA).
  • Prepare monthly sales tax invoices.
  • Finalization of the monthly price list.
  • Finalization of quantitative summary of sales.
  • Posting the data in Sales Tax software.
  • Complete understanding of import and local purchased documentation relating to sales tax & withholding tax.
  • Prepare the PISD for withholding tax.
  • Verification of STRN/NTN/CNIC data against sales.
  • Prepare the purchase certificate with the help of the Annual Supplies registered at the end of the year.
  • Prepare the Advance Income Tax detail under section 236 G/H.
  • Responsible to keep the record and maintain the files in a proper manner.
