Typing and preparing of the word documents in Ms Office as per the instructions by the senior management for the tax department.
Attend telephone calls of Clients and respond to them in the light of ongoing task you are performing or as instructed by the management.
Maintain Books of accounts of clients in our Accounting software.
Filing documents Softcopy/hardcopy in relevant folders.
If required you will do outdoor visits to tax offices/clients' offices to submit the documents and related correspondence.
Outdoor work for preparing the photocopies and making binders and folders of clients to be submit at the tax department.
