Customer Sales Representative - Remote

We, Taxim Builders & Developers, are a skincare start-up, with a vision of reforming the cosmetic industry of Pakistan through the use of safe and effective beauty products, specifically tailored for the needs of South Asian skin.

Customer Service is one of the key pillars of our business and we are currently hiring a Customer Support Representative, who shares our passion for creating the best possible experience for every customer. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in dealing with a high volume of customer chats, preferably at an e-commerce company.

This position is Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

Dealing with customer chat queries including but not limited to product information, suggestions, feedback etc.
Making relevant CRM entries to update the relevant customer profiles.
Dealing with customer cases in a professional manner and using CRM to track cases with the goal of maximizing customer satisfaction and retention.
Communicating with potential customers on Facebook, Whatsapp, and phone to generate sales while using upselling and cross-selling tactics to maximize revenue.
Meeting the Productivity and Quality KPIs, as per target assigned.
Participate in regular skincare training sessions and eventually provide basic consultation to clients.

What we are looking for:

Minimum Undergraduate degree
2+ years of experience in a similar role, involving a high volume of customer chats, preferably at an e-commerce company or a call center.
Excellent Written English
Basic Excel skills
Strong interpersonal skills with a vibrant personality
Experience using CRM would be highly beneficial

Salary: 25-28K per month, plus commission on sales. On average, our CSRs earn commissions of Rs. 5K-10K per month.
