1. Familiar with Pakistan solar / wind power project development, EPC negotiation and construction experience, have relationship within NTDC/AEDB/NEPRA and Federal Energy Department;

2. Responsible for reginal project application and approval;

3. Responsible for coordinating internal and external resources to ensure project application of feasibility study, project application and grid approval;

4. The feasibility investigation, evaluation of power station project development, negotiates and signs the business cooperation agreement;

5. Establish and maintain relationship with federal governments, power companies, developers, design institute and other network relationship.

Job Qualification

1. Economic, electric power, electrical and mechanical, marketing or related major bachelor degree or above;

2. Good communication and negotiation skills;

3. 5 years working experience in large energy enterprise or have at least 3 years’ project director and relevant project management experience in wind and solar projects is preferred;

4. Familiar with renewable project investment financial evaluation and related methods will be preferred.
