To assist the warehouse manager in maintaining the warehouse, yard and stores with respect to incoming and outgoing goods, materials handling and stock control Description

• Inventory Management

• Coordinating with freight forwarders

• Storage of materials

• Updating information into the ERP / SAP system

• Proper documentation

• Handling both incoming and outgoing stock

• Account for discrepancies Performance Indicators:

• Maintenance of adequate stock

• Accuracy in all paper work and customer related documentation

• Easy identification of materials being stocked

• System to provide accurate data relating to stock

• Customs related paperwork

• Proper receipt and despatch of materials

• Regular stock checks

EXPERIENCE: At least 1 year of experience in Warehouse

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES :

Communication skills, computer skills, assertiveness, time management, proactive multitasking
