Responsibilities

  • Offering real estate projects to potential investors.
  • Recommending specific projects based on the specific needs and desires of the customers.
  • Educate prospects about the project, explain their features and benefits, and how to buy or invest in it when necessary.
  • Communicate with potential investors via email, phone, or face-to-face meetings.
  • Establish positive relationships with existing and potential customers and ensure a high level of customers satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Must have confidence and good communication skills.
  • Proven experience in sales.
  • Fast learner and sales enthusiast.
  • Networking and socializing skills.
  • Implement innovative ideas according to the relevant customers/investors.
  • Handling multiple tasks simultaneously in a high-pressure environment.
