We at Team 11 (Real Estate Marketing Firm) is looking for enthusiastic, goal-oriented Sales Officer to ensure Direct Sales and to contribute to generating more sales for our company.
- You will be responsible for bringing meetings at the office/ closing sales deals over the telephone and maintaining good customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about new products or services using scripts.
- Answer queries from customers about products or companies.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
- Generate new prospects and leads.
- Generate sales leads.
- Understanding of company products, services, and policies.
- Meet personal/team sales targets.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information.
- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas.
- Follow call center scripts, communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
Requirements:
- Ability to learn about product/services and explaining it to customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
