Work From Home – Appointment Setter / Tele Marketer
We’re looking for bright, talented, sales-minded professionals for our North American client, who have a passion for the industry and want to work in an energetic, upbeat environment.
What we are looking for?
-Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
-Answer questions about products or the company
-Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales (when required)
-Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
-Enter and update customer information in the database
-Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
-Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
-Prior experience in B2B cold calling is preferred.
What you should have.
-Minimum High School / Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
-Prior appointment setting/telesales experience in the US market preferred
-Able to communicate in English proficiently
-Possess good telephone etiquette with a smiley voice & provide great value and service to customers
